Safety & Handling
Window and door installation is not a DIY task. Engage a licensed contractor where required.
Read and follow all instructions before starting. Failure to do so may void warranty.
Use caution at heights (ladders, scaffolding, platforms). Ensure they are stable and safe.
Installers must comply with Australian Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations and site safety rules.
Do not work alone. Use proper lifting techniques—two or more people may be required. For larger units, consider lifting equipment.
Transport and store products carefully. Do not drag frames; protect sills from damage.
Handle glass with care. Broken glass can cause serious injury—use suction lifters if needed.
Always wear PPE: safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and sturdy footwear.
Keep work areas clear and ventilated. Restrict access to children and bystanders.
Use tools safely and according to instructions. Disconnect power tools before changing blades or bits.
Maintain clear communication during lifting and installation to prevent accidents.
