The project in Liangjiadian Village, Xibeiwang Town, Haidian District, Beijing, is located in the northwest of Beijing, between the Fifth and Sixth Ring Roads, in the northern part of Haidian District. The area is characterized by a concentration of high-end industries and a dense population of high-end residents. With a total gross floor area of 199,000 square meters, the project’s exterior façade adopts a combination of stone curtain walls, aluminum panel curtain walls, and thermal-break aluminum alloy windows. It is a key project under the attention of the Haidian District Government of Beijing.
