The Chengezhuang Collective Land Rental Housing Project, located in Chengezhuang, Huairou District, Beijing, consists of 11 residential buildings, 3 dormitory buildings, 1 hotel, and 2 supporting facilities. The exterior façades are composed of terracotta panels, aluminum panels, glass curtain walls, aluminum alloy doors and windows, and glass railings. As a key project under the close attention of the Beijing Housing Security Center, it is mainly designed to provide supporting services for the development of Huairou Science City. Upon completion, the project will directly promote the growth of local industries such as commerce and entertainment.
